Experience a rejuvenating barefoot grounding ritual on the shores of South Beach this Earth Day. The Earth Day Sunset Experience, taking place Tuesday, April 22 at 1 Hotel South Beach, offers visitors an opportunity to connect with nature through a thoughtfully designed beachside session.
Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, this Earth Pulse gathering combines several mindfulness elements against the natural backdrop of ocean waves and golden sand. Participants will engage in a barefoot earthing ritual, allowing direct contact with the beach to absorb the Earth's natural energy.
The experience includes guided breathwork sessions designed to ground the body and enhance sensory awareness. Attendees will also participate in an immersive sound bath through noise-canceling headphones, featuring vibrational frequencies including the Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz), often referred to as the Earth's natural frequency.
Each guest will receive a grounding crystal as a keepsake from the event. The session takes place directly on the beach in front of 1 Hotel South Beach.
The Earth Day Sunset Experience is complimentary for hotel guests and members who are 21 and older, though space is limited.
