Ariete in Coconut Grove offers a refined take on Easter dining with a prix fixe brunch menu that blends French technique, New American style and Cuban influence. The Easter Brunch at Ariete, served on Sunday, April 20, is priced at $75 per person and features a multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef and Owner Michael Beltran.
The meal begins with a seasonal pastelito and croqueta, followed by a selection of first-course dishes served family style, including local vegetable salad with ricotta salata, kampachi crudo and truffled crema de malanga with poached egg. Entrée choices include standout options such as duck & waffles with guava, the signature Chug Burger and snapper with creamed spinach and garlic crumb. Dessert offerings include goat cheese flan with strawberry compote, guava crepe suzette and carrot lychee sorbet.
Ariete holds one Michelin star for three consecutive years (2022–2024) and is known for its thoughtful use of local ingredients and elevated approach to Miami’s culinary traditions. Reservations are recommended.
