Mayfair Grill at the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden sets the scene for an Easter brunch experience featuring bold flavors, seasonal cocktails and live music. Taking place on Sunday, April 20 starting, the brunch blends the restaurant’s signature wood-fired cuisine with festive springtime touches in the heart of Coconut Grove.

Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli’s menu includes standout dishes such as Spicy Tuna Toast with Calabrian chili and lemon olive oil, Short Rib Hash with truffle crema and Apple Pie French Toast topped with cinnamon condensed milk and vanilla crumble. Guests can also enjoy inventive options like Milanesa & Waffles served with balsamic maple syrup and tomato butter. Seasonal cocktails add to the experience, including the Cottontail Martini and the Spring Fling, a refreshing gin-based drink with grapefruit and rosemary.
