Easter Brunch at Mirabella

Mediterranean flavors and seasonal delicacies come together for a springtime dining experience overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This special Easter Brunch will be hosted Sunday, April 20 at Mirabella in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

The event features a buffet showcasing Chef Michael White's coastal Italian cuisine, with a diverse selection of offerings designed to highlight both traditional and innovative approaches to brunch. Guests can explore various culinary stations including freshly prepared crudos featuring hamachi, salmon, and tuna; housemade pasta selections such as lumache with vodka sauce and cavatelli with pomodoro sauce; and a branzino carving station.

Additional offerings include a raw bar, salumi station and egg station, providing a comprehensive range of flavors from both land and sea. The culinary experience can be complemented with beverage options available for an additional $35, including bottomless mimosas and a customizable station for Bloody Marys, Bloody Marias, Aperol Spritz and St. Germain Hugo Spritz.
