Executive Chef Christopher Robertson transforms Easter Sunday into a culinary celebration with an elegant à la carte menu at The Strand. Easter Brunch will be held on Sunday, April 20 at The Strand at Carillon Miami, featuring a thoughtfully crafted selection of seasonal dishes. The menu offers a range of dishes designed for every palate—from savory selections like Crab Cakes Florentine, Lobster Benedict and Steak Diane to sweet options including Cadbury Hazelnut Pancakes and Easter Basket French Toast. Lighter fare such as deviled eggs, salads and seafood platters are also available, making it a well-rounded dining experience for families and groups.
