Experience spring's bounty through a culinary collaboration in the heart of the Miami Design District. Flavors in Bloom: A Dining Series Celebrating Spring takes place on Wednesday, April 16 at Le Jardinier Miami.
This special event features Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli, culinary director of The Bastion Collection, working alongside Le Jardinier Miami's Chef de Cuisine Zack Pham. Together, they present an artfully composed seasonal menu showcasing the finest spring ingredients in the restaurant's light-filled, lush surroundings.
Guests can select from a three-course lunch ($95) or a four-course dinner ($155), featuring refined dishes such as poached white asparagus, Maine lobster and wagyu striploin. The dining experience concludes with Parrot Mango Bliss, a vibrant dessert created by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone and Pastry Chef Marta Barcellona that features passion fruit crémeux and coconut sherbet.
