Frost After Dark: Swamp Lily

Enjoy an evening of music and art with an intimate after-hours museum experience.  Frost After Dark presents Swamp Lily on Wednesday, March 5 at the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum FIU.

The evening features the latest project from Miami-based musician Diego Melgar, whose innovative compositions reflect the city's evolving landscape. Melgar, known for his collaborations with artists like Lauren Jauregui and Michael Tilson Thomas, leads an ensemble of accomplished musicians including vocalist Dani Amaro, bassist Marty Quinn, keyboardists Angel Perez and Torrance Scott, and drummer Brenten Handfield.

Blending jazz-infused guitar, ethereal vocals and experimental soundscapes, Swamp Lily offers a sonic reflection on Miami’s ever-changing landscape. Visitors can explore the museum's current exhibitions while experiencing this musical presentation.
