Honors & Awards Brunch

Celebrate the achievements of student musicians breaking down barriers at a special fundraising event dedicated to accessibility in the arts. The Honors & Awards Brunch takes place on Sunday, May 18, at Yuca 105 in South Beach. Presented by Power Access, this annual gathering features live entertainment by the Nicole Yarling 4-tet and a delicious brunch in support of the organization’s Scholarship Program.

The event honors music students living with disabilities who have received scholarships, helping to expand opportunities and raise awareness within the field. Organized by the South Beach Jazz Festival with support from the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners, and the City of Miami Beach, the event champions inclusion through the power of music.

Accessible services, including American Sign Language interpreters, will be available. Additional accommodations can be arranged upon request.
