Engage your little one with the art of Ikebana at Miami Children’s Museum throughout May as part of its AAPI Month activities. Hosted in the Health and Wellness Classroom, this event invites participants to explore Japanese culture through Ikebana, the traditional art of flower arrangement.
Running from May 1 to May 31, Tuesday through Sunday, with sessions at 11:00 AM-11:30 AM and 4:30-5:00 PM, guests can engage in hands-on creativity using air dry clay and an assortment of artificial flowers to craft their own Ikebana arrangements.
This hands-on activity is a fun and enriching way to delve into Japanese culture and traditions.
