Kosova’s Independence Day Celebration

Commemorate a significant milestone with an evening of culture, community and philanthropy in Downtown Miami. Kosova’s Independence Day Celebration takes place on Monday, February 24, at MET 1, bringing together distinguished guests, inspiring speakers and supporters of Kosova’s future. Hosted and sponsored by Emina Cunmulaj Nazarian, Honorary Consul of Albania to Florida, the event welcomes Mr. Përparim Rama, Mayor of Prishtina, as the Guest of Honor. Mayor Rama will share insights on Prishtina’s cultural and economic growth, as well as Kosova’s aspirations moving forward.

This gathering also serves a philanthropic purpose, with proceeds from ticket sales and donations supporting the creation of the first children’s library in Prishtina in collaboration with Emina's Hand Foundation. Designed with input from the city's children, the library will provide a dedicated space for learning, reading and community engagement.

Guests can enjoy cocktails, light bites and networking throughout the evening. Valet parking is available at $5 per hour. This is an adults-only event, and business or cocktail attire is requested.
