Leland Ko: Voltgeist

Leland Ko: Voltgeist comes to the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center on Friday, February 28. A graduate of Princeton, New England Conservatory and Juilliard, Ko celebrates the intersection of classical and folk traditions through works by Kodaly, Bartok and Bright Sheng. This Miami-area debut performance explores the universal spirit of dance and cultural expression across different societies, bringing fresh perspective to timeless compositions through the lens of a gifted young cellist.
