Mental Health Fair: Haitian Heritage Month

Explore mental wellness and community support during an evening of resources and engagement at the Little Haiti Cultural Center. The Mental Health Fair, presented by the Little Haiti Revitalization Trust (LHRT), will be held on Wednesday, May 7, as part of Haitian Heritage Month programming.

The event includes art therapy sessions, mindfulness and meditation activities, and panel discussions focused on local mental health challenges and solutions. Attendees can also participate in interactive experiences and learn about LHRT’s initiatives alongside services offered by partner organizations in the area.

As part of its mission, LHRT continues to support the well-being and growth of the Little Haiti community through culturally relevant programming and access to essential resources. This open house provides a welcoming space for conversation, connection and care.
