Explore the wonders of space and rocketry with your young scientist in an engaging learning environment perfect for curious minds. Mini-Me Science: Space Blast takes place on Wednesday, April 9 and Sunday, April 13 at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. This interactive session introduces children ages two to five to the exciting chemistry and physics behind rocket launches through age-appropriate, hands-on activities.
The hour-long program is thoughtfully structured with a 30-minute hands-on activity where children can test spacecraft that will blast off, followed by a 30-minute guided exploration of one of the museum's exhibitions. Mini-Me Science is designed to engage early learners' senses while promoting discovery and exploration in a supportive environment.
Registration costs $25 for one child and one adult, with additional children at $20 each and additional adults at $10 each. All participants must purchase museum admission separately to attend the program. Older siblings are welcome to join for an additional fee of $20 each. All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.
