Nu Deco Ensemble: Anniversary Concert

Nu Deco Ensemble marks a major milestone with a dynamic program that blends classical repertoire, original works and cross-genre collaborations.

The 10th Anniversary Concert, taking place on Saturday, April 26 at the Adrienne Arsht Center, features special guest appearances by Luis Fonsi and Kishi Bashi, along with the world premiere of a commissioned composition by PJ Morton. The evening’s program includes West Side Story by Leonard Bernstein, the ensemble’s Anniversary Suite, a new collaborative piece by Kishi Bashi and Nu Deco Ensemble, and a special performance with Luis Fonsi.

Known for reimagining familiar music through a contemporary lens, Nu Deco Ensemble brings together orchestral instruments with electric guitars, bass and percussion. This hybrid approach creates a performance that spans genres and connects classical music with modern sounds.
