Peter London Global Dance Company presents this exciting performance on Sunday, May 18, featuring innovative works set to musical scores by acclaimed jazz artists.
The evening's program includes Yo Contra Yo, a male duet choreographed by Aaron Lopez that explores tension and harmony through movement. Marion Skye Logan's The Kindred Bloom of Petal and Roots delves into themes of growth and connection, while Peter London's athletic piece Ascension demonstrates the company's technical prowess. Justin Rapaport's Awakening rounds out the program with an exploration of physicality and self-discovery.
Live music enhances the performance experience with compositions by award-winning trumpeter and composer Etienne Charles of CREOLE SOUL, acclaimed pianist Martin Bejerano and celebrated trumpeter and composer Jean Caze.
