Art and botany blend together in a hands-on experience inspired by one of Mexico's most iconic artists. Plant & Sip: Frida Kahlo Flower Crown takes place on Monday, March 31 at the Doral Cultural Arts Center. This adults-only event invites participants to create their own floral headpieces in the style of the renowned Mexican painter while enjoying a glass of wine, offering a perfect way to commemorate the conclusion of Women's Month.
The in-person workshop offers attendees the opportunity to honor art, women, nature and creativity through a guided crafting session that celebrates Kahlo's distinctive aesthetic and cultural legacy. Free parking is available at the Doral Government Center Garage at 8401 NW 53rd Terrace.
