Reiki & Sound Journey

Unwind and reset for the New Year at 1 Hotel South Beach on Monday, December 30, with Reiki & Sound Journey. Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, this immersive experience combines the calming energy of Reiki with the soothing tones of crystal bowls to promote relaxation and release as you transition into the new year. Through this guided session, participants can expect a blend of personalized Reiki healing and sound therapy, aimed at relieving stress and creating a meditative atmosphere for introspection and renewal.
