Royal Philharmonic Orchestra

Enjoy an evening of masterful orchestral works performed by one of the world’s leading ensembles at the Adrienne Arsht Center. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, led by music director Vasily Petrenko, performs on Sunday, January 26, as part of the Arsht Center's 2025–26 Classical Music Series.

The program opens with Nielsen’s Helios Overture, a vibrant depiction of the sun’s daily journey, followed by Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto, performed by internationally acclaimed violinist Ray Chen. The evening concludes with Sibelius’ Symphony No. 2, a work celebrated for its lyrical beauty and powerful finale.

Guests are also invited to Classical Conversations, a pre-show discussion taking place one hour before the performance in the Peacock Education Center. Tickets go on sale to the public September 19.
