Experience an afternoon of Japanese cultural immersion through art, cuisine and traditional ceremonies at a culinary destination in Coral Gables. The SHINGO Gallery Event takes place on Sunday, April 13, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at SHINGO in Coral Gables.
This free event features a curated selection of traditional Japanese ceramics, including Bizen-ware, Asahiyaki and Tambayaki, with all gallery items offered at a 25% discount. Guests can take part in cultural demonstrations such as a live Matcha Ceremony and Ikebana flower arranging, while enjoying complimentary refreshments including green tea, sake and small bites prepared by Chef Shingo. The chef will be present throughout the afternoon, giving attendees the chance to engage with him directly while exploring the gallery space.
