Signature Omakase Experience

Discover the refined art of Edomae sushi in a hidden culinary sanctuary within Miami Beach. The Signature Omakase Experience at The Den at Azabu Miami Beach offers an authentic journey through 22-23 meticulously crafted courses, including 12 pieces of traditional Tokyo-style sushi. Available every Tuesday through Saturday with seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., this exclusive experience takes place in an intimate 18-seat counter setting tucked inside the Stanton Hotel.

Diners will be guided by expert sushi chefs using premium ingredients flown directly from Tokyo's renowned Toyosu fish market. The $300 per person menu (plus tax and gratuity) requires advance prepayment with a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that this structured dining experience cannot accommodate dietary restrictions, requires consumption of raw fish and does not offer à la carte options.
