SoMi Spring Cleaning: Community Clean-Up

Participate in a morning of environmental stewardship while connecting with community members committed to neighborhood beautification. SoMi Spring Cleaning: Community Clean-Up Event will take place on Saturday, May 10, beginning at Fuchs Park in South Miami.

Presented by the City of South Miami, this volunteer initiative focuses on enhancing three key public spaces and their surrounding areas. Participants will be organized into teams to collect litter and improve conditions at Fuchs Park, South Miami Dog Park and Van Smith Park.

The event welcomes individuals, families and organized groups interested in environmental conservation and community improvement. All necessary cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided for volunteers, allowing participants to contribute effectively regardless of prior preparation.
