Ring in the new year with a touch of mindfulness and inspiration at the 1 Hotel South Beach's Soulful Art: Vision Board Experience. This workshop, held on Sunday, December 29 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., is designed to help you tap into your creativity and set intentions for the year ahead.
Through a guided, mindful art activity, participants will explore their inner artist and gain insights into their aspirations. No prior art experience is needed, just a willingness to embrace your creative spirit!
The workshop culminates in the creation of a personalized vision board, a powerful tool for visualizing your goals and guiding your path in the new year.
