Elevate your fitness journey with a dynamic outdoor bootcamp session in Coral Gables. The Strong Like Her Bootcamp, celebrating International Women's Day, takes place on Saturday, March 8, at THesis Hotel Miami's Paseo Court Yard.
This 60-minute bodyweight workout, presented by Hydrology Wellness, combines cardio, core strengthening and power training exercises suitable for various fitness levels. The inclusive session welcomes participants ages 10 and up, with a special two-for-one admission offer available.
