Surfside's Fourth of July Celebration

Surfside's annual Fourth of July Celebration returns to the Surfside Community Center, offering a day filled with family fun, live entertainment and a dazzling drone and fireworks display. 

The celebration kicks off at 9:00 a.m. when the doors open, and swim race registration begins. Early birds can take advantage of this time to secure their spots in the races and enjoy the morning by the pool. The main event starts at 2:00 p.m., featuring a variety of activities such as swim races, live music, giveaways and face painting for the kids. Be sure to check in upon arrival to receive your wristbands, ensuring you don't miss any of the action.

At 3:00 p.m., the festivities ramp up with live music and a stilt walker, providing a lively atmosphere for all attendees. As the sun sets, the energy shifts to the DJ dance party at 7:00 p.m., where guests can dance the evening away.

The highlight of the day, beginning at 9:00 p.m., is the grand finale: a drone show followed by a fireworks display. Please note that portions of the beach will be closed during this time to ensure the safety and success of the show.
