Located on the 25th floor of the AKA Hotel Brickell, ADRIFT Mare invites guests to dine on the expansive terrace or in a cozy private dining area, creating a refined yet welcoming holiday atmosphere. The menu, priced at $68 per person, offers a choice between Roasted Turkey Breast with Italian olive oil and wild Mediterranean herbs or Grilled Branzino with harissa aioli and braised fennel. Shareable sides include roasted sweet potatoes, grilled golden beets and green beans. For dessert, guests can enjoy a classic pecan pie with pumpkin ice cream or the restaurant's signature Basque cheesecake with mixed berry compote.
