The Miami Beach Cupid Splash
Feb 16, 2025
Starting: 11:00 AM
Dive into a day of fun and philanthropy at Collins Park Beach while supporting Biscayne Bay's recovery and environmental education. On Sunday, February 16, The Miami Beach Cupid Splash invites participants to take a refreshing 68-degree plunge in a lighthearted twist on the classic cold-water fundraising tradition.
This "pledge and plunge" event raises funds for the Biscayne Bay Recovery Fund, managed by the Miami Foundation, and supports initiatives such as youth fishing, conservation education and the Zero Drownings Miami-Dade Initiative. Participants are encouraged to don Valentine’s Day-themed costumes, with prizes awarded for the best-dressed splashers and top fundraisers. Prizes include exciting vacations, staycations, gift cards and more.
Sponsored by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Discover Boating - Miami International Boat Show and the Miami Beach Convention Center, this event highlights community partnerships with Miami-Dade County, Collins Park Neighborhood Association and the City of Miami Beach.
Register today to make a splash for a cause and help protect Biscayne Bay while enjoying a memorable day on the beach.
