The Tank Brewing Co. Anniversary Beer Dinner

Savor an elevated craft beer experience paired with Latin fusion cuisine at a special anniversary celebration in Miami's brewing scene. The Tank Brewing Co. Anniversary Beer Dinner takes place Wednesday, May 7 at The Tank Brewing Co., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

This exclusive five-course dinner commemorates The Tank's eighth year of craft beer innovation. The curated menu showcases local ingredients and creative culinary techniques, featuring fresh fish crudo from Garcia's, duck nachos with a distinctive twist, watermelon and pork belly tacos that balance sweet and savory notes, short ribs braised in one of The Tank's signature stouts and a dessert of mascarpone with grilled peaches.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with The Tank's craft beers, including the first public tasting of a special cask stout that is also incorporated into one of the dinner preparations. The evening features background music in an intimate setting designed to highlight both the cuisine and the brewery's craft beverages.

Tickets for this limited-capacity dining experience are $100 per person.
