Experience a communal wine dinner featuring Spanish wines paired with a specially crafted menu. Tour of Spain takes place on Tuesday, April 22 at The Biltmore Hotel, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.
This shared dining experience highlights the wines of Bodegas Valtravieso, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu created by Chef Vladimir Blanes. Guests will gather at communal tables, encouraging conversation and connection throughout the evening.
Sommelier Jorge Lopez will guide diners through each pairing, showcasing selections that highlight the distinctive character of Ribera del Duero and other Spanish wine regions. Each course and its accompanying wine have been carefully selected to complement one another, creating a harmonious culinary journey.
Tickets for this exclusive dining event are $150 per person.
