Discover a curated selection of international contemporary art works at Untitled Art, a leading independent contemporary art fair with an inclusive platform that prioritizes collaboration. Returning to the sands of South Beach for its 13th edition, December 4-8, the fair features over 160 participating galleries, artist-run spaces, and non-profits from 38 countries. A VIP and Press Preview will be held on Tuesday, December 3.
Guided by the curatorial theme of East Meets West, this year's fair presents a fresh perspective that aim's to bridge diverse geographies and cultures while elevating new voices in contemporary art. The curatorial focus will spotlight Asian diasporic galleries and artists, redefining traditional notions of East and West and fostering a richer global cultural dialogue. The theme challenges attendees to consider, "East and West from which perspective?" and invites exploration into the complexities of cultural exchange. Leading this exploration are guest curators Kathy Huang and Jungmin Cho.
Kathy Huang, known for her impactful work with the Jeffrey Deitch Gallery and her recent curations at the Metropolitan Museum of Manila, brings a wealth of experience in highlighting underrepresented voices in the art world. Jungmin Cho, the innovative force behind White Noise Seoul, is celebrated for her efforts in merging mainstream and underground art scenes, and her work has been featured in prominent publications including The Art Newspaper and The New York Times.
