The evening features a specially crafted menu blending North African and Mediterranean flavors. Guests begin with distinctive starters including Beet Hummus with pomegranate and green chickpeas, followed by traditional dishes such as Moroccan Lamb Tagine. For dessert, diners can indulge in Profiteroles filled with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with dark chocolate. The full-service mixology bar offers handcrafted cocktails that draw inspiration from the region.
