Valentine's Day Dinner at Amara at Paraiso

Savor a romantic evening surrounded by breathtaking waterfront views at one of Miami's most distinctive coastal dining destinations. Amara at Paraiso presents their Valentine's Day Dinner on Friday, February 14, offering an elegant three-course menu that celebrates both land and sea.

The evening begins with a delicate amuse-bouche of scallion pancake adorned with smoked trout roe, stracciatella and fresh herbs. For the first course, guests can choose between delicately sliced wagyu carpaccio with black truffle aioli shrimp toast with pickled red onions, or roasted Badger Flame beets paired with whipped goat cheese. Main course selections include beet ravioli with brown butter sauce, charcoal roasted halibut with seasonal vegetables or braised short rib accompanied by truffled celery root purée.

The dining experience concludes with a choice of desserts: a chocolate hazelnut financier with milk chocolate cremeux or a yuzu lemon meringue tart. An optional wine pairing is available to complement each course.

For those seeking additional indulgence, the raw bar offers supplemental delicacies including Royale Oscietra caviar, Treasure Coast oysters and Florida stone crabs.
