Fine dining meets seasonal ingredients in this carefully curated Valentine's celebration. Executive Chef Daniel Ganem presents a special prix fixe menu at Fiola Miami on Friday, February 14, with reservations available from 5:30 p.m.
The three-course menu features refined selections including Blue Fin tuna and Ora King salmon crudo, Fiola's signature lobster ravioli and Australian Wagyu filet mignon Rossini. Optional enhancements include a caviar flight featuring three distinct varieties, and a reserve wine pairing selected by Wine Director Daniel Bishop.
Each course offers multiple choices, culminating in dessert options of Florida strawberry cheesecake or Valrhona chocolate crostata. The prix fixe menu is priced at $195 per person, with optional wine pairings available for $155.
