Delve into the creative minds of Coral Gables' artists with Visions from Inside the Walls: Coral Gables Artists Today, a group exhibition on display at the Coral Gables Museum from May 24 through October 6. Showcasing a multigenerational roster of artists, the exhibition is divided into three interconnected sections: Identity and Cultural Roots, Memory and Perception, and The Built Environment. Each section offers an exploration of identity, memory and the influence of our surroundings.
Expect a diverse range of themes and media, from intricate textile works and installations to paintings, sculptures and captivating photographs. Featured artists include Angela Bolaños, Aurora Molina, David Gary Lloyd, James Palma, Justyna Kisielewicz, Kenia Arguiñao, Linda Burgess, Liv Dockerty, Maite Nobo, Marisa Telleria, The Red Thread Collective, Ruben Torres Llorca, William Dunlap, Peter Studl, Amalia Caputo, Oriol Torridas, Priscila Schoott, and Shaun Nowrouzi.
The exhibition opening will be held on Friday, May 24 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
