Under the guidance of distinguished practitioners like Giselle Fiumara, an International Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and Yury Opendik, a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, attendees will explore various dimensions of physical and spiritual wellness. The afternoon transitions into deeper spiritual practices, featuring the profound Twin Hearts Meditation led by Agustina Caminos, followed by Jennifer Denali's therapeutic sound healing session and concluding with Andre Carvajal's soul-stirring guitar performance.
