A temporary disabled parking permit may be issued to a citizen of another country who is in Florida as a visitor. To obtain a temporary disabled parking permit visitors must present an out-of-country parking permit, a valid passport or comparable identification to verify ownership of the out-of-country parking permit, and a $15 fee.
