YES Institute's mission is to prevent suicide and ensure the healthy development of all youth through powerful communication and education on gender and orientation.
We provide in-depth communication and conflict resolution training and education courses for staff so they are prepared to handle and resolve client upsets around the topics of gender and orientation. Ensuring an authentically welcoming and affirming environment for diverse travelers and their families within large companies requires a multi-level approach to equip all staff and leadership with necessary competencies. These workshops address fears and misinformation that lead to violence, discrimination,and harassment against gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender youth and adults.

We allow community service agencies to utilize our spaces. We have a large (900 SQFT) room that is mostly used for larger meetings and workshops. We have a smaller (200SQFT) Zoom Room- set up for Zoom Meetings. Dual flat-panel monitors and an Owl Camera/Mic system.
