Italica was founded by Pablo Sartori, who has insatiable passion for good food, good drinks and memorable restaurants such as the famous Negroni Restaurants.

Originally opened in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2019 Italica was created to satisfies customers with modern version of traditional Italian recipes. Italica has passion to host people and to have lifelong relationships with our guests, welcoming them with open arms each time.
