Step into our 241-seat dining room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, natural wood and stone elements, cascading Dre energy and captivating lighting installations. Helmed by award-winning Executive ChefMatthewStowe, JOEY Aventura invites guests to explore its internationally inspired menus for lunch and dinner.

Signature starters include Roasted Corn Guacamole, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Szechuan Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Hibachi Wings and Truffle Parmesan Fries. The sushi selection features Seared Salmon SushiCones, while fresh salads include The Mercado Chicken Salad, Yellowfin Tuna Salad and Katsu Chicken Salad.

Guests who love a good handheld can delight in Baja Fish Tacos or a customizable Hand-Pressed Burger flavored with JOEY’s secret sauce. The action is seen in the mains, which include Sake Glazed Chilean Sea Bass, Spaghetti Pomodoro and Cajun Blackened Chicken. Steak aficionados can select from JOEY Classic Steak, Steak & Ravioli Bianco and Steak with Lobster or Crab Cake, among others. Diners with a sweet tooth can complete their meal with any of JOEY’s classic desserts, such as the Individually Baked Apple Pie or Warm Italian Donuts.
