At Naoe, an intimate 5-seat counter omakase experience on Brickell Key and the only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star & AAA Five-Diamond restaurant in Miami, Chef/Owner Kevin Cory serves a delicious nightly tasting menu to no more than five guests at a time. The menu changes daily based on seafood Chef Cory freshly sources from Japan and local Miami fishermen. And besides curating the daily menu, Chef Cory is the only chef who prepares all the courses, from the bento box to each artfully crafted nigiri and desserts. Guests seated at the cypress wood bar can enjoy a front row view of each omakase delicacy being prepared in the open kitchen. To complete the experience, the soy sauce and sake served at Naoe hail from Chef Cory’s family breweries (est.1825) in Kanazawa, Japan.
With an exclusive 10 seatings a week, reservations are required and should be booked well in advance.
