Stiltsville Fish Bar, a restaurant by Grove Bay Hospitality Group and culinary duo Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth, opened in September 2017 in the heart of Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood. The concept is inspired by McInnis’ childhood, growing up in Florida’s panhandle, fishing and boating in the Gulf waters, along with the pair’s love of simply prepared seafood. The collaboration features classic seafood cookery buoyed by modern techniques, matched with a beverage menu of refreshing Key West style drinks.

Stiltsville Fish Bar, a restaurant by Grove Bay Hospitality Group (GBHG) and culinary duo Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth, draws locals in for quality seafood and Key West inspired cocktails. The property offers space for corporate events, meetings, receptions, family gatherings, and celebrations. The restaurant can host semi private events for up to 50 seated and 75 standing, or complete venue buyouts for 100 seated and 150 standing.
At Stiltsville Fish Bar, we would love to host your next dining event! We can accommodate anything you're celebrating from bachelorette lunches, conference dinners, to graduation brunches! Events would take place within our main dining room, as we do not have a private room. Our maximum capacity is 100 guests.
