Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club also welcomes two food and beverage concepts by famed Miami-based chef and restaurateur, Manuel Mattei, including a traditional Italian trattoria and a beachside bungalow serving the region's freshest seafood and an array of handcrafted cocktails and wines. With over 18,230 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club offers planners the opportunity to host unforgettable events under the palms at the beachside bungalow or poolside cocktail soirees alongside either of the hotel's two pools.
