The Resort offers large and beautifully decorated contemporary rooms. The Blue Suite is 700 square feet and offers a king size bed or two double beds. You will find a convenient sofa bed in the living area. The gorgeous bathrooms in all of the suites are oversized with jetted tubs and rain showers fixtures, a favorite amenity among leisure travelers. The 1,070-square foot One-Bedroom Suite, whether with King-size bed or two Doubles, offers a full kitchen with a sitting area to eat. It also includes not one but two oversized bathrooms to enjoy. The 2,070-square foot Villas, which are more like townhomes, boast three verandas that overlook the beautiful golf course surrounding the entire resort and include three bedrooms, a kitchen with a sitting area, and four, full oversized bathrooms.

The Blue has a variety of dining choices. 5300 Chop House Restaurant is a great meeting place for locals, business executives and golfers. Get ready to talk business over delicious cocktails or sit back as the night draws out with fluid conversations with new and old friends. Passion meets great taste at 5300, so if you don’t know what to order, simply ask for the chef! Chef Brian Harding will personally come out to greet you and help you pick from the menu. Chef Brian recommends the Sixty South Salmon, as fresh as the pristine Antarctic waters it hails from. He makes sure his menu’s meats have never been treated with antibiotics, added hormones or antifouling chemicals. It’s all about freshness at 5300 Chop House.

If you prefer something more on the casual side, there is also the Poolside Bar where you can order gourmet burgers, salads and other comfort fare while you relax poolside. If you want to throw in the towel after a long day, room service offers an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack time.

The Spa Life

Oh, and the Spa, oh la la! The Spa Azul is one of the finest spas in Doral.
