Once a luxurious hotel where those wanting to purchase property in Miami Springs could stay, the Hotel Country Club (Fairhavens) is a landmark example of Pueblo Revival architecture. Now a home for the elderly, the main entrance still features the original mosaic tile floors and American Indian-themed designs. It was designated Miami Springs Historic Site in 1984.
