This Mission Revival style building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Designated Miami Springs Historic Site. The exterior remains true to its original form in 1926. Its storied past includes being the only apartment building constructed by the Curtiss-Bright Company and having served as a hurricane shelter in 1926.
