In Greater Miami & Miami Beach, we love to keep the weekend vibe going strong, and brunch is one of our favorite ways of doing just that. It’s a weekly excuse to catch up with friends and family while noshing on decadent breakfast/lunch items and indulging in flowing drinks. Here, we’ve rounded up the best bottomless brunches in Miami by neighborhood.
Tucked away in Aventura at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, Corsair Kitchen & Bar is loved for its signature brunch. Called “The 52” and priced at $52, plus tax and tip, this brunch treats diners to stations filled with breakfast favorites, seafood delights, charcuterie and desserts. Each week there’s a new menu that adds made-to-order classics like French toast, omelets and more. The biggest perk: Endless mimosas or Bloody Marys are included. There’s an extra charge for champagne or sparkling rose. Brunch is offered from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday.
For one of the most unique brunches in town, head to Northern Chinese stunner Hutong, where the bubbly flows from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Brunch lovers can enjoy a two-hour “Bubbles and Bao” prix-fixe menu with endless bubbles. The price ranges from $68 for food only, or add alcoholic beverages for a total of $85 to $145, depending on your choice of champagne. Devour starters including beef and egg-white broth and spring vegetable bao, then move on to mains that include duck fried rice, vegetarian fried noodles and Peking duck with pancakes.
Hutong also offers a Dark Brunch the first or second Thursday of each month (call for the schedule) featuring such delights as Crispy Chilean Sea Bass Fillet, Peking Duck with Pancakes or Red Lantern Hutong’s Signature Crispy Spiced Soft-Shell Crab on a bed of dried whole chillies. The price ranges from $98 (food only) or $120 with rose or $150 with champagne.
Elegance reigns supreme at this sophisticated Italian eatery in Coral Gables. Fiola offers a fancy bottomless brunch from noon to 2:30 p.m. Sundays in its new La Terrazza private rooftop restaurant and lounge. Guests can choose between Domaine Chandon rose, brut or Garden Spritz for $45, or upgrade to Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut for $80. Pair it with seafood from the Amalfi Coast raw bar, and don’t miss the delicious pastas including fusilloni al pesto and chicken Milanese alla Parmigiana.
In the burgeoning Doral area, check out Shoma Bazaar, a new food hall where culinary options abound. Divided into six zones filled with 18 vendors, this food hall has something for every palate. Go for the bottomless drink package at The Bar, offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. For $35, brunch-goers can choose from endless mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, bloody marias or Monopolio Clara draft beer. Narrowing down your options could be a challenge. Savor the bold flavors of Doce Provisions’ Little Bird fried chicken – a kicked-up version of chicken and waffles, featuring sweet plantains and sriracha honey; sample baked goods from Tintto by Tributto; or chow down on a bacon, chicken and egg sandwich from Chikin.
When you want to escape to an idyllic island for brunch, head to Lightkeepers, snuggled inside The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. This elegant restaurant on tranquil Key Biscayne offers two brunch options served with a side of stunning ocean views.
On Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m., the Brunch a la carte lets you accompany your menu choices (priced per item) with the $39 Bottomless Beverage + Bubbly Package, which includes unlimited bubbly, brunch punch, sangria, bloody marys, mojitos, draft beer and mimosas.
On Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., enjoy a traditional all-you-can-eat buffet including sparkling wine, bloody marys and a refreshing gin punch. The buffet menu includes dishes crafted with locally caught seafood and produce from Florida farms, including French toast with berry compote, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and a crispy crab cake touched with Florida citrus. The cost is $135 per person, $49 per child. Reservations are required.
Offering one of the most elaborate brunches in South Beach, Jaya at The Setai should be on your bucket list of splurge-worthy brunches. The weekly Sunday Jazz Brunch impresses with lavish buffets, wok stations and tandoor ovens producing dishes with flavors from India, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, China and Japan. Sit in the gorgeous courtyard to listen to jazz and indulge in limitless Louis Roederer Champagne, mimosas and bloody marys. Sunday Jazz Brunch, which is offered weekly from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., is priced at $98, and $45 for ages 12 and under. Prices may vary on holidays.
No one does a weekend party scene quite like Strawberry Moon at the goodtime hotel, Miami Beach. That’s no surprise, given that it was created by singer Pharrell Williams and nightlife impresario David Grutman. Head to the indoor/outdoor dining destination from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the bottomless brunch ($36). Brunch specialties include a decadent chocolate babka French toast, Moroccan shakshuka and falafel Benedict. Sip the signature Jah-Mah Mary, rose and mimosas while taking in the celebratory scene around you.
South Beach drinking den Sweet Liberty, which has been voted one of North America’s best bars and is a longtime favorite of locals, comes alive for Sunday brunch between noon and 5 p.m. The brunch menu, priced per item, is to die for, with over-the-top dishes such as the Ridiculous French Toast, Lobster Benny and Mama Julia’s Empanadas. For a rose-all-day mindset, brunchers can enjoy bottomless rose for $40 per person.
In the art hub of Wynwood, brunch has become a treasured pastime for visitors who like to walk around snapping selfies in front of vibrant murals, and then brunch to their art-centric hearts’ content. A tried-and-true Wynwood favorite, Beaker & Gray offers brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Choose from a variety of potent brunch cocktails, or opt for bottomless mimosas, sparkling wine or watermelon-flavored mimosas for $48. Brunch dishes (priced per item) include thick-cut coffee-glazed bacon, avocado toast and sweet-and-savory items that range from a Spanish tortilla and eggs paired with crispy duck, to a guava skillet cookie.
If you’re looking for a rowdy brunch that’s packed with entertainment and free-flowing drinks, R House is the way to go. On Saturdays and Sundays, the popular drag brunch is coupled with lively performances has two seatings for each show: 11:30 and 11:45 a.m. and again at 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. Priced at $55 plus tax and gratuity, brunch includes a family-style spread and bottomless mimosas, white-wine sangria and mojitos. Just don’t blame us if you end up dancing and singing along at your table.
