Big Cypress Earth Day Cleanup

Take part in a hands-on conservation effort at Big Cypress National Preserve in honor of Earth Day. The Big Cypress Earth Day Cleanup will take place on Saturday, April 26, offering a chance to contribute to the preservation of one of South Florida’s unique natural environments.

Volunteers will meet at HP Williams Roadside Park before heading out to clean along Turner River Road. All cleanup supplies will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants, and to bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen and a hat for sun protection.
