Chef Paul Bocuse Tribute Dinner
Feb 11, 2025
From: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Savor an exquisite French culinary experience that pays homage to one of gastronomy's most influential figures. The Chef Paul Bocuse Tribute Dinner takes place on Tuesday, February 11 at Bouchon Bistro, celebrating the birthday and enduring legacy of a culinary pioneer who transformed the global food landscape.
The carefully curated three-course prix fixe menu features legendary dishes that marked pivotal moments in Chef Bocuse's career, including his famous Soupe aux Truffes Noires V.G.E., which he served to French President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing at the Élysée Palace in 1975. Guests will also enjoy the refined Filet de Boeuf Rossini with seared foie gras and traditional Tarte Tatin for dessert.
Set in the historic La Palma building, Bouchon Bistro provides an elegant backdrop for this commemorative dining event. The Mediterranean-style venue, designed by designer and longtime Bouchon collaborator Adam D. Tihany, reflects the authentic French bistro atmosphere that both Chef Thomas Keller and his mentor Chef Bocuse championed throughout their careers.
A portion of the proceeds from the $150 prix fixe menu will benefit the Foundation Paul Bocuse.
