Taste, texture and aroma take center stage as diners explore familiar flavors in an entirely new way. Dining in the Dark, hosted at Novotel Miami Brickell on select dates from February through April 2025, offers a unique culinary journey where guests enjoy a three-course meal while blindfolded, allowing their senses of taste and smell to guide the experience.
The event presents three distinct menu paths: a meat-focused red menu, seafood-centric blue menu and plant-based green menu. Each carefully crafted selection remains a surprise until after the meal, encouraging diners to engage with their food through heightened sensory awareness. The experience welcomes guests 12 and older, with adult supervision required for those under 16.
Reservations are available February 22, March 22 and April 12, with seatings at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. A $10 service charge applies per guest, with beverages available for additional purchase. Ticket exchanges are permitted up to 72 hours before the scheduled dining time.
