Fiola Miami in Coral Gables presents a refined Easter dining experience featuring a three-course prix fixe brunch menu crafted by Chef Daniel Ganem. The Easter Brunch at Fiola will be offered on Sunday, April 20, showcasing a seasonal selection of elevated Italian-inspired dishes in an elegant setting.
Guests can choose from a variety of first, second and third course options, including standout dishes such as cobia ceviche with crispy chickpeas, wagyu short rib Benedict and a strawberry & rhubarb waffle with mascarpone cream. Dessert offerings include Basque cheesecake, carrot cake with cara cara orange and a chocolate terrine served with Fior di Latte gelato. Additional family-style dishes, such as lobster cacio e pepe and truffle Zellwood corn, are available for purchase.
Brunch is priced at $135++ per adult and $75++ for children 12 and under. Reservations are recommended. Fiola Miami is the South Florida outpost of Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi’s celebrated restaurant group, known for its contemporary take on Italian cuisine and an extensive wine program.
