Experience Opa-Locka's vibrant fusion of cultures at the 2nd edition of MENA Fest, the first multicultural festival of its kind in the city's 97-year history. On Saturday, April 5, visitors and locals alike are invited to celebrate the unique connection between Opa-locka and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.
Against the backdrop of Opa-locka's historic fire station and city hall buildings, MENA Fest will offer an array of authentic experiences, including delicious food from local vendors, live music, belly dance performances and family-friendly activities such as archery and chess. Stay tuned for the event program. Admission is free, with opportunities to support local vendors onsite.
Attendees can conveniently park at Sherbondy Park's lot on the east side of 777 Sharazad Blvd., providing easy access to the festival grounds. Street parking is also available throughout downtown Opa-locka.
MENA Fest is presented by Ten North Group in partnership with the City of Opa-locka and the Opa-locka Preservation Association.
